About the Spiritual Nurture Working Group

The Spiritual Nurture Working Group is a network of Friends who carry a concern for nurturing the spiritual life of the yearly meeting and all its members and meetings, and for fostering the practice of eldership in the yearly meeting. This latter role refers primarily to serving as a coordinating body and support network for Friends who feel called to the "ministry of the facing bench"—holding the gathered body of the yearly meeting in the Light during its sessions.

Advancement Task Group

The NYYM Advancement Task Group is an ad hoc group of NYYM Friends who hold a concern for advancement and outreach in the yearly meeting.
