Recognizing that of God in all persons, Brooklyn Monthly Meeting reaffirms that we welcome all Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer Friends and attenders. We further reaffirm that we support and recognize the celebration and loving commitment of all relationships which express the love between two people, regardless of their sex, gender or orientation.

Friends are in unity with this minute. One Friend asks to be recording as standing aside, not because of a lack if unity with the content of the minute, but because of concern about what the Friend considers the excessively emotional nature of the process.

Helen Mullin, Mary Pagurelias, and Joe Garren will arrange a meeting in the near future with all who may have an interest in this concern, and they are urged to contact one of those three persons about this.
