Minutes & Epistles
When Friends gather to do our business, everyone in the community participates. One person, called the recording clerk, takes note about all the decisions we make, reads them back to the group, and, after making corrections, everyone agrees that what is recorded is accurate. Each item of business that is recorded is called a minute.

Epistles
In a tradition dating back to the first days of the Christian Church, we compose and send out epistles, our 'Letters to the World," describing how we as a meeting are faring, what are our concerns at that time, and what are our hopes for the future. Links to our most recent epistles are below:
